Enterprise customers are covered by our Service Level Agreement (SLA), which guarantees specific uptime and support response times. Standard and Professional plan customers receive service on a best-effort basis.
6. Payment Terms
Fees are payable in advance and non-refundable. You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your selected plan. We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceFlow Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an update on our website or sending you an email.
